After fixing up a delicious meal (or ordering in) guests can enjoy their meal at the dining room table. The built-in curio cabinets contain board games in the bottom hutches for guests' enjoyment. Guests also have access to the backyard where they can relax and enjoy the outdoors sitting beside the beautiful koi pond. The washer/dryer is located in the basement and is free for guest use.

Perfect location for stay in Lexington, especially if working at or near the hospitals. I stayed here for medical student rotation. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I highly recommend Daniel’s place. A nice place with a highly safe and prestigious neighborhood. Just a short walking distance to the university and Chandler’s hospital. Daniel is a very nice guy and his fast response is amazing.

Can’t say enough about this great stay! From check in to check out! It was perfect for my needs in location, space, quietness. Minutes away from everything in Lex but in a spot that was quiet and serene. They were very thorough so I had no questions or needs the entire time. When i locked myself out they were very easy to reach and friendly and even offered to drop what they were doing and come help! Best air bnb in Lex I’ve stayed at by far!

I stayed here for a month while doing rotations in UK. Daniel was very helpful whenever I had any questions. The house was very cozy and comfortable to live in. The area was also safe. I would recommend this place to anyone.
