everyone was very helpful and the place was as described. it was cool and comfortable. there were a couple of issues with the hall bath drain but it was addressed promptly. They did a wonderful job

Stephanie and her co-hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was small but was all we needed for our stay there. The beds were comfortable but no TV in the bedrooms. We like to watch TV while winding down before bedtime. Overall it was a nice place and was only a quick drive to the state track meet we were attending.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Lexington! The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay while attending my nephew’s graduation. The king and queen beds were very comfortable, and the home was well stocked and welcoming. One thing future guests should know is that the unit is on the second floor, so you do have to walk up stairs. It can also get pretty dark by the stairs at night, so additional lighting outside would be helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place. It's a little old house that has been completely renovated into a charming and comfortable one bedroom home. There's a small fenced in yard in the back. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal, the bed is really comfortable, and the neighborhood is walkable to so many things in downtown Lexington. We would love to stay here again!

Had a really pleasant stay!! The area was clean, quiet and easy to get around. The accommodation was comfortable and well kept with kitchen being fully equipped, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. Would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lexington.

Traveled to Lex for a work training at UK Health - this was truly the perfect spot! Space was just like the pictures, felt right at home upon arrival. Easy 4 min drive to UK Health, quiet complex, and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Stop looking and book this house! My husband and I were coming down to visit my two kids for Greek Sing at UK. We originally booked a hotel but decided to look for a house close to campus. Daniel's house was perfect! It is close to north campus and an easy walk to Rupp. The table in the kitchen expands and was the perfect place for my boys to come hang out and have some homecooked meals. The house is perfect with a large fully stocked kitchen. I would absolutely book this house again.
