We were really pleased with this apartment - clean, easy to access, in a great location next to the University of Kentucky, large parking at rear. Daniel and Jesse stopped by and they were very friendly and nice. We will definitely try to stay again when we return to Lexington. Thanks for having us!

We had a awesome stay. The location was great as it was close to the Chandler hospital where we were visiting our sister who had recently had heart surgery. It was very clean, peaceful and a great place to come back to relax. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.

Daniel was a great host. Communication was great, instructions were clear, and had some good recommendations. The apartment was spotless, beds were comfortable, and water was hot. I have never stayed anywhere else where checkout was so simple. And if you you are going to KSR Bar and Grille it's right across the street. Nothing but good things to say about our stay.

We live in town but needed a dog/kid friendly place to stay while my floors were getting fixed. It’s in such a great location! It really is so walkable to so many great spots and there was a large area two blocks away to let my dog run. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed! I did have a couple of questions when we checked in and they were immediately available. Would totally recommend!

Great stay at Daniel's place. Daniel and his team responded promptly to my questions. Location is close to campus. Airbnb was very clean and perfect for our party of 3. Will definitely stay here again if I am in Lexington.

Daniel and his co-hosts are probably the most amazing people I’ve rented from so far. I’m. Traveling nurse so I stay frequently. Complete life savers when my contract got pushed back. And gave me a really fair deal. I would rent from them again!

This place is perfect if you need to support someone in hospital. Easy walk with lots of restaurants in walking distance too. I had to extend the stay and that was resolved in 5 minutes. Best thing is the check out message- “pick up your bags and go, we take care of everything else” - what a treat after a stressful week.
